As my final project to earn my Girl Scout Gold Award in 2016, I decided I wanted to design and paint a mural for my local Homeless Services location to bring them an extra daily dose of sunshine. With the generous donation from Home Depot, and helping hands from friends, family and patrons of the shelter, the mural was completed and still remains there to this day!
